Sled Cutting out with new high flow fuel pump

this is what i think happened on mine, i did change pump from 340 to 255 but at same time cleaned crows feet an blew them out, then every thing wrked great since then, but did have one episode in northern quebec where it seamed to run out at 1/3 tank going around corner.... im like.. "#*$&@ its doing it again" but i stoppped and loosened my cap and heard a big gasp of air.... and then it ran fine after that!!!
