I'm not so sure they will still be around. Strong factions within Yamaha want to pull the plug on the sled division."2018 marks the 50th anniversary of Yamaha’s entry into snowmobiling with the 1968 SL350"
Don't forget that guys...

I doubt they would move their snowmobile division only to close it the next year...

They really simply just scuttled the US division and fired most of the people. The Canadian division was already in place.I doubt they would move their snowmobile division only to close it the next year...

Now as far as the sleds go I think he said that it was $1,000 and accessories and it's $14,400 out the door that was tax and everything I was thinking about keeping the Viper but on second thought I probably would end up selling it it has basically no miles on a 4/4 stroke and I doubt that people know that they cannot turbo it and most of the people who are going to spend this much on a sled probably can't afford to turbo it around here outside of speed do we think that it's going to improve the handling and the ride of the Viper? Because when the rough gets going there are not many sleds that can handle the rough like this sled can including my friends xrs 800 with the r motion n the axis pro s those two sleds are the only two sleds that can hang with us when it gets bad and when I need us I mean my friends ZR 6000 RR that's another sled that can really handle the rough

She would look good riding the viper right along side you on your SideWinder That's not bad tax included. If you can afford it I would go for it also. Ask the dealer how much to add the extra 2yr of warranty (if you care about that). It should only be a few hundred bux.

S he looks good riding more then just the Viper LOL alright let me stop before she kills me she never really rode sleds before especially not by herself as the driver do you think the Viper would be good for her to learn I understand I would not write aggressive when she's with me but I've seen some stupid #*$&@ people take snowmobiles that are overpowered for them and even though you control how fast they go damn near kill themselves and I would not be able to live with myself if that happened so what do you guys think about that? I'm not saying she's stupid because she's not one of them dumb broads she has a good head on her shoulders very smart and not just book smart a lot of common sense but things happen especially when you're not used to something like a Viper and we all know it down low these things will yank your arms off and shove them up your #*$&@ although compared to my Nytro I think the Nytro felt faster off the line maybe it's just how it feels but to me it felt like it pulled harder than the Viper

I think it would be a very good ride (no pun intended) for her hehe. Everyone has to start out on something. The viper is a very stable well riding sled and with a top speed of like 90ish you are right on par with any other 600 class sled you were to look at. The reduced engine breaking onviper vs your nytro will also help keep her form letting off and flying over the bars. 1 thing you may want to look at would be the Barn of parts throttle lever replacement. The Yami flipper would probably be a bit easier on her thumb. Oh and if you expect her to be tipping it over maybe the roll over valve (though I hope this would not happen). If you are really considering her riding and if you are riding the hill, I would make sure her first rides are during the week. Maybe over on TC Riders trails? Or just south of the hill in Happy Valley. Don't take her out there on the weekend or you will for sure scare the #@$%%# out of her LOL. Trips to Old Forge would be a good place to venture to also. You don't run into all the clowns there and the trails are wide and almost always smooth.
You know many women like to have something to complain about. Gives them purpose since most have no hobbies. You should oblige! Very nice looking lady you have there.
