Help removing broken wire stub from back of PCV

Polaris and Turboed Apex in a off road buggy
My signal wire tore from the second from end port in the rear of my PCV . I turned the set screw back and tryied to fish it out W/air and a small wire . But no luck . Can the back cover be removed to access the conector. Any help would be app much
 

you can remove the back cover, the inside is potted in silicone. you should be able to remove silicone where you need to and not affect anything
 
Thanx for the info I managed to get a pin into the port and cleared it enoungh to get the sig wire locked into place .. Shesh what a pain over one frickin stub of wire LOL
