help with code 12

I have a 2007 phazer giving me code 12 and wont start. I have check all wires pulled magn eto check crank sensor and still nothing. Sled was sitting in my trailer started about a month ago now guy comes over to buy it and it is doing this any help would be helpful thanks

I assume you did go through all this? Have you checked for spark and fuel?
