Well just my luck when I pulled the secondary to clean and repack the bearing, the washer (spacer) between the clutch and the bearing fell on the floor. The problem is that I'm not sure which way the washer goes back on. One side is flat and the other side has a ridge on the outer edge.
So, does the flat side go against the bearing or the clutch?
Thanks in advance for any help.

I'll second that... just had mine apart and paid close attention.
