I own a apex ( wich is even bigger motor) and u have to ask\get a new insurance company cuz they should ask u wether or not its a 4stroke. The price drops ALOT for that fact. I know they race them is low class's like the 600cc but that's becuse the 600s are tweaked to only run 660 ft.
i dunno but since i got my 4 stroke ive been destroying polaris sleds left n right 900's & 800's. probly not the fastest thingout there stock but they manage good. beside's if u got the $$$ to blow 4 stroke+ turbo=
And u wont have to walk home!

I ride an Attak GT. IMHO: All the Yamaha's are great sleds. They are competitively priced, and offer tremendous bang for the buck. I've always liked the RS Venture for both its practicality and versatility, without much sacrifice. I'm sure you will be very happy with it. Enjoy!

My insurance company goes by the vin#. No lieing about that.
Also, when you hear its comparable to the 600-700 class. Thats in drag racing applications. NOT TRAIL. That sled has more torque then any of those sleds. That sled wont stop pulling aross the lake. You will enjoy it, and it is the best sled you could buy....well until next years yamaha!
