Hindle exhaust

That's really strange how all three pipes are bent in the exact same place. Since others have had the same issue, it doesn't seem like an ice chunk would have caused it. Stress or pressure? But I have a hard time believing that as well because they're isn't a whole lot of flex in the Nytro exhaust system since every piece is bolted in place.

it could be chassis flex that is causing this. rx guys it breaks right at the silencer usually when the tunnel rivits come loose.

Its from snow buildup in tunnel mine did the same thing. Heated up the pipes took socket straightened the best I could get it also I closed off half the tunnel this year helped a lot.

This is why I like stock s$$$. 9 times out of ten the more u frig with stuff the more trouble you have and usually end up losing speed. Impressive exhaust huuuggge improvement lol.

Ok, so today I was tighting up my track & I desided to just take a look at my full hindle exhaust (20” silencer Hidden) & noticed the 3 pipes had small bends in them. Exhaust was only put on last year. My guess it’s because there is no flex pipes on the exhaust and the stress makes them bend. I’m looking into strighting out the bends and adding flex pipes to the header. Has anyone moddifed the header yet?

The nytro chassis flexes bigtime between the bulkhead and the tunnel, hence the use of flex pipes.. Take the seat and tank off, pick up the back, you will be surprised with how much it moves..
