Hood Vents?

I don't know what happend to the bc tech vents subject went but i saw on a diffrent sight a hood vent in the center of the nose of the hood, was wondering if anyone tried this vent with the k&n setup? you would think this would give you great air flow and more hp, but don't know if it would give problems, like icing up, i do mostly trail,lake and ditch banging, if any one has used these with success please let me know thanks.

Anyone know where the brtech vents subject went, they don't even have them on there site anymore. I was also wondering about the center hood vent kit, i can't remember who sells them. Any info will be appreciated.

I dont know why you cant see it from the regular homepage on their site but use the search drop down on the left hand side and they are still there.

How much are those ones? Also not to highjack the thread but what are the down sides to these vents if any? I'm not doing any off trail riding but I did overheat at the end of the year and was thinking of these as well.

I am partial to the BrTech stuff. They have been working hand and hand with the Yamaha snowcross team and I think everything they made is purpose driven. They are also pretty nice guys.
