Ok Guys,
I've read about the hot start issue and not sure I have seen a cure.
My wifes ZR had the symptom this weekend. Pulled up to the gas pump, filled up and when she attempted to start the sled as usual, it turned over as norm but didnt even sputter. She tried again and still no fire.
I read to give some throttle so I barely cracked the throttle and it fired up as normal. Idled fine and never had another issue. Is the thought a mapping issue or I suspect the infamous Arctic Cat Throttle Safety Switch.

Try the fan reverse Barn Of Parts sells, get hot air out at stop instead of forcing that hot air into the air box. Fixed it for some.

I have that on the sled currently. The fan never came on Saturday with temps being in the low 20's. The sled ran flawlessly. The occurrence happened after sitting for about an hour at the restaurant. The gas station was a half mile from the restaurant.
I'm thinking of pinning the TSS to see if this is the culprit. I've had to do it to a few cats in the past.

If it's a 14 get the factory reflash and problem solved usually. If it's a 15 or 16 only thing you can try is Either a PCV to richen up start fuel or try the EVO flash.
