how can i tell if my left jackshaft collar is updated?

i bought a used 03 rx-1 several years ago. how can i tell if the jackshaft bearing collar has been updated to the 04 spec?

Look behind the secondary clutch where the bearing sits. If it is updated you will see a ribbed collar behind the bearing towards the motor.
