you need a custom midpipe, then you have to make a pipe bracket to hold it up. I have a RS5 from a CBR 04-07. Good Luck!

I had to fabricate a 4 bolt flange to match the Yosh inlet, and weld a matching pipe to the flange to fit my Hauck Header

You do not necessarily have to use a Yoshimura pipe / silencer and it does not have to be specific made for a Yamaha motorcycle.
Most aftermarket pipes / silencers for the 2004-2007 Honda CBR1000 seem to be good starting points.
In most cases you need to fabricate your own midpipe.
