Polaris has been great even with pipe and some mods they have always treated us great and that was with 2 different dealers. Had one fluke motor go down and they never asked a question I know on some sled that were heavily modded they did split the cost.
So is Yamaha decent about this or is it by the rule book???
Thanks

You have to realize that Yamaha is a *MUCH* larger company than poolaris (as in orders of magnitude). As such, it is *much* more difficult to deal with things on a case-by-case basis, therefore they are more by the rulebook.

A lot of the warranty calls are made by your dealer. . If you have a good relationship with your dealer you should not have any problems.

I second Turk's post. Last year, I saw a ton of posts about dealers that were less than desireable, while others have awesome sucess.
Certain dealers seem to have a better attitude about taking care of customers. Do your homework, and do business with a reputable dealer, and it will definately enhance your experience.
