Not that I don't believe you but I sure would like to see that letter to the dealers. And my dealer has been getting two at a time which I don't understand logistically either but that's how they are getting them.

Awol. Your dealer may have falsified some snow checks to get the sleds earlier and at a better rate. I've heard of this happening. It doesn't seem right but I'm sure it happens.

Not to mention illegal as hell! But yeah...it happens. If you get a subscription to a SMB mag in the mail with someone else's name on it you can bet this is the reason why.

I was just told different. Some might not come in until end of December. Dealer said it goes by the date you snowchecked. poop out of luck for me, I waited until last day,. As far as incentives, they will hold them for you up until 5 days after dealer says its ready. I'm looking for low interest rate like they offered back in April. He said that is still good for snow checked deals. Hopefully by Christmas now. Also has nothing to do with color,, I was told.

I ordered mine on April 17th here in Canada.........dealer has been contacted by Yamaha and unit is ready to be shipped.........says mine will be here next week.

Ha! Don't feel so bad for not ordering quicker. I ordered my red LTX-SE on Mon Feb 25, 3 whole days after the sleds were released at the show. I'm certainly one of the first snowcheckers that there was. I still have no sled and no info at all when it will be here. My dealer has received a few Vipers, all of them for retail stock and no snowcheck customer sleds yet. So the idea that snowchecks get sleds first........not so much!

Hey Awol.

It'd be interesting to know if your dealer's retail stock are SE models. From what I'm hearing the majority of snowchecks were SE's.

Its a blue XTX-SE, also have a standard black Viper on the floor.

My dealer has had 2 blue ones go out the door 2 weeks ago. All 15 of their snowchecks did not arrive at the same time. She did mention about some hanky panky with some of the other local dealers getting non snowcheck floor models already.

I'm paying for mine but not picking it up right away. My dealer say she will warehouse it for me until the accessories arrive and she can have them installed......no charge of course. I'm going to be out of town when it arrives anyway.

Got some snow the other day but not nearly enough to ride this brand new machine. And to make matters worse.........I'm still waiting for the delivery of my Tekvest as well ...LOL !!!

Dealer got another truckload. Two Vipers. Really odd. One SE and one Standard. Both 137's. Also got 5 AC XF 137 7000's. The Orange Limited looks nice. Those 5 came on one truck. Still waiting for mine. I did see on Yamaha site that some were due in Dec. Mine still says Warehouse.
