How low has anyone run thier gas guage?

I have checked mine several times and it comes on with about 3 gal.

It appears that each bar represent 1 gal as I have checked that too.

We quite often run our machines pretty low as gas is sometimes hard to come by. 3 bars = 3 gallons and this is when the low fuel light comes on. As far as the lowest....I have run mine right down to 1 bar (1 gallon) without any problems.

I think your gage is off.

If I remember right, the low fuel light comes on when the last bar blanks out and then I have 2 1/2 to 3 gal left.

Its been too long sence i've been on the machine, I'll double check that again next time out.

Well geeeeesh.... Now you have me scratching my head on WHEN the fuel light actually comes on....come to think about it you may be right. I think it does come on at 1 bar...I am confused :? :?

One thing I am sure about is that when the Low Fuel Light comes on there are 3 gallons left. I remember this because last year I frequently ran it pretty low between 2 specific towns so I had it down to a science.

Last year I rode 42 miles (on trail, varying speeds) on the last two bars and it still did not run out.

I can't answer this question because my low fuel light has never come on. The guys I ride with sleds need fuel way before mine so I fill up just to top off

My Warrior's lite comes on when three bars turns into two bars.
I have ridden it 20 plus miles with only one bar lit up and it only took 32 liters (8.5 US gal.) to fill to the top.
I'm pretty sure there AT LEAST least 3 gals. in the tank when the lite comes on.

When the light comes on with 3 bars going to 2, I have at least 3 gal. left.
When the last bar starts to dissappear to no bars, you better be near a gas station. I had a bar showing, then none, then bar, then none, none, none, then dead engine. Bone dry. Right behind the house a few weeks ago. I'm my own worst enemy. But after refill, it fired back up, stalled, then was ok.
