I am putting 144 studs in my rip saw and was wondering how many inches of carbite to use and what brand?
Some might say 4" but I will say 6". As far as brand goes it is a guessing game as there are alot of good products out there. I replace mine with Roetin because of the price. I put stud boy shaper bars on my sons for the same reason. Its a wide open question hartattack.

depends on your riding style, I would not put on less then 6", I ran 144 last year and was on 7.5" of carbide.
