one thing I have noticed is that with my sled it is a all or nothing deal... I am either getting 11ish or 19ish.. my warrior was way more predictable and consistent.. anyone else see this?

11-12 here, thats ridin hard, you can get much better if you baby the flipper a little, which I do not!

Best I ever got is 20 miles per imperial gal.with the RXI,WARRIOR or the APEX GT. I have to feather the throttle a lot more on the GT. to get the same mileage as the other sleds My average is 15-18 except when I take a power trip!!!

14-16 trail mpg depending on conditions an average speed. I find mpg goes up when ave speed is higher... Mpg goes down when more snow and less ice or slower ave speeds (<30 mph) 100% groom trail.

I get about 12-14 when I ride with my buddies, when I ride with my wife 18-19. She's slow. (yes I mean speed wise not in the head)
