how to set up a stock apex er for radar runs

some local radar runs this weekends what's the best set up? for the suspension, any other things i need to know will octane boost or 93 make a difference

Run regular fuel. Tighten limiter strap a couple of holes. loosen front springs to lower front end. loosen track a little. clean both clutches. Make sure airbox filter is clean. Install cr10 ek plugs NGK. How far is the run 500, 1000, 1500 ft? Good luck.
