HP response to altitude change while on boost

Have Apex with boondocker side mount. Does the HP change with altitude if everything else remains the same. Example. With 10#s of boost at 6000', my sled should be putting out about 250 hp. Is it putting out the same amount of HP at 13,000'?

At 13,000 you would need to run 13 to keep the power the same as 6000.
As you go up in elevation you need to raise the boost about 1psi for every 2500.
