I run a fully clipped track with extro,s. Loose or tight ...the sliders go down to 11mm mark immediately(20-40 miles) then stay there for a long time.

Echo his brilliant comments.....they wear alot, then they stop, then it takes forever to burn through the last 3mm. Also, you have to break in /temper slides before running hard, otherwise POOF!.
