I am very impressed with Yamaha this year. I was gonna be looking for a 800 summit this fall, but I will gladly wait another year to get an fx nytro mtx. I've heard nothing but good things about this sled from the people that rode the demos. Good work yamaha, keep it up!

lol, Thanks. I have always wanted a 4 banger, but was shyed away from them because of weight. Now with the new fx nytro mtx, I will definately wait an extra year if need be to get one. Has anyone got a chance to demo the mtx yet?

Even at the show last night in Brooklyn Center.
I'm pushing down on the models to see action, and everyone
else is trying to pick them up to test weight.

It's amazing how weight is such a brain mess.

I think they must see 4 in 4 stroke as twice as much as 2.
There should be a big sign on the floor under the skis
showing the weight comparison.

When I was accidently shopping for mine, I saw R1, and dual exhaust.
I could care less what else was ahead, behind, or under the machine.
