Here is my method and it always fires right up.It all starts in the late spring by adding Sea Foam to the gas tank and letting it run for 10 min.Then I take of the ECP filters and drain the fuel out of each carb.I have to take filters off anyway to take out battery for summer so it is a no brainer to drain gas from each carb.Then come winter I blow in to the gas tank till I pressurize the tank which pumps gas into the fuel pumps then I just crank it a couple times and it will always fire up in about 30 seconds to one minute never cranking any longer then a few seconds at a time.The key here is to drain the carbs takes like 5 min and saves hours of time later.Mike
