To me the 4 year warranty and $100 to make a five year, is more than enough to not look at any other manufacture. IMO

I am not sure what they offer in CA. This is what I was told by my dealer, and it is on the Yamaha USA website.

gimme snow ,thanks for doing all the leg work. thje manufactures are throwing alot out there.i'm a little byist ,but yamaha is putting out a really good deal when you line up all the manufactures like that

I am not brand loyal by any means. I was even thinking of going Ski-Doo or even back to Polaris (Which when my dad foun out I thought he was going to have a heart attack, he won't squeeze the throttle on anything unless it says Yamaha.) Anyways, when I resaerched what each company had to offer for spring programs, it was a no-brainer for me. I loved my viper, it was the most fun I have ever had on a sled, can't wait to see what the Apex LTX GT will be like.

gimme snow, i did the exact same thing as you... ( viper to an attak or ltx) i thought the viper was the most fun sled i had on snow too and it is a close second place, untill i got my attak! it just takes the cake! IMO. i would still ride a viper any day but once you try the ltx you wont miss the viper much especialy when the trails get rough have fun with the ltx

420ATTAK - Thanks for the reply. I actually ordered a new 09 Apex LTX GT today! I know they will probably change the Apex next year...don't care. Really looking forward to riding the sled. If it's more fun then my Viper...I know I'll have a smile on my face each time I ride it.

I still got a smile on my face... i hvent rode for 2 weeks!! enjoy, and have fun waiting for next winter hehe. congrats on your purchace
