No. But a butt load of plastic has to come off first. top a-arms are a long bolt with a welded nut, lower a-arms are two short bolts with nuts. Are you putting in oil lite bushings?

Yes, do you have some pics for me? Are you sure for welded nut? I tried to unscrew and the nuts seems to turn with the bolts.
Thanks
Thanks

You have to remove the top arms first, then remove or move the plastic the best you can so you can get a socket on the back nuts of the lower A-Arms. Kind of a pain compared to the 08 model but it is very do-able.

Top are welded nuts. When you put it back together remember red loctite.

I heard that the new bushings were very tight. What is your procedure for setting up?

Yep, very tight. I set them in place and gently tap with a hammer to start. Then I placed a 2x4 piece of wood and on top and pound them into place watching carefully that they are going in straight. Some guys say they have them pressed in but I was able to do it as described.

I used a long threaded rod with some washers, squared up the bushings, and tightened the nut until the bushing was all the way in. Pretty easy to do. Ill look for a picture. I dont think i have any close ups though.

I hear putting the bushings in the freezer overnight helps too.

This is the best way to install imo, goes in nice and straight and dont have to worry about breaking off the flanges.
