I need more topend speed!

I guess ill start by grinding a bit of the rivet first....or should I try just doing tips....am I grinding 1 gram total between all weights or each....I wanna be around 3-500 rpm's higher..?

Turks recommendation is per weight. I would grind the rivet and leave modifying the weight as a last resort!
