The bearings in my upper idler and rear idlers are shot. lots of side to side play. I got the rears off and beat the top ones off.
What's the best replacement?
parts unlimited?
The rear wheels have the bearing molded into them right, so you are buying the assembly?
The uppers I could buy new bearings, it's the 07 wheels, are they worth changing to a newer year of PU wheels?

Just like every other Yam, I would switch to the Spoke accessory ones. Inexpensive, durable, and have replaceable bearings. Run them for the last four year with no failures. It's the ones they use stock on the 11's.

They have them in both sizes, rear axle and bogie or idler. Ys they come with the bearings, excellent ones I might add, the seals have held up much better than any other I've used.

I dont think anyone ever found replacements for the big upper idlers. All I know is not to buy the cheap PartsUnlimited bearings for them. They are really sloppy from the getgo and last 1/2 of stock bearings.
