i had the inner idler wheels tear apart i didnt notice it because the dealer already replaced em so i thought i was good. but it wore the slides out to will they replace the wheels and the hyfax under the warranty

Many people wore them out. That phrase used is the inner idler wheels delaminate. It happened on the 06 models at high speeds. Yamaha had a bad batch of wheels where the rubber would delaminate at high speeds. There are quite a few existing threads on this and some people replaced the inner idler wheels with after market wheels. Check the Apex/Attak FAQ thread on page 1 for more information.

i didnt notice they were worn out and it killed the slides do u think they will cover them both under warrenty

It was covered under warranty in 06 when the problem occurred. Not sure about now. Will probably depend upon how good your dealer is.

When the rubber delaminates, it reduces the amount of tension on the track causing excessive hyfax wear. Same thing happened to me when I smoked a set of hyfax in 10 miles. Since I replaced the wheels, never had another problem.
