it's most likely the bearing ...you might need to machine your mounts....theres another post on here of someone who just changed wheels and explains the difference of the 6005 vs. 6205 bearing and the wider width and the possibility of rubbing the cogs....this is why I thought to check this first...

Are the wheels rubbing the lugs closer to the rails or the inside of the track? If it’s rubbing to the inside of the track which happens if you use a 6205 bearing (6205 is wider then the stock bearing) in place of the stock bearing. If this is the case you have to get the mounting blocks machined to remove 1.5mm to bring the wheels in closer to rails to accommodate the thicker bearing. If they are rubbing closer to the rails you will have to shimm the wheels to move them closer to the inside to center them in between the lugs.

Which wheels are you using? The ones with 6205 bearing? If so, that is your problem.

That does not make sense to me then. What does is, is that his track must be so far out of alignment.

Welter,
This whole topic is about this issue. Go to the start, and you'll see all the info.
There are only two inside idler wheels. Why do you have four? Maybe there are two more on a longer track.
I'm the only one to mention this, but I believe that using narrow hayfax might cause the same problem. Are you using stock hyfax, or did you switch to the narrow ones?

This track was out of alignment causing the problem.

Welt,
Have you taken the sled out for a test ride since you discovered the track alignment issue? If so, is the vibration gone now?
I also am curious about how you changed four center wheels. I only have two center idler wheels on my Apex.
In any case, I hope that you solved the vibration issue.
