if adding a newer seat here is a tech tip

Don't buy the tank cover off of a newer sled to go with the seat. It won't fit. You will end up with a tank cover and 3.25 inches off of your old cover. Anyone want a candy apple red apex tank cover. LOL Maxdlx

LOL....Your subject had me worried for a minute. I thought there was an issue with the seat I sold ya.

What did you do to make it fit? Use the stock tank cover?

If you're going to order a new tank cover order one off of a 2006 or 2007 Nytro. It will bolt right on.

For anyone who is going to do this, here is what I did. I looked at Kingers post to see how his left over peice looked. I then marked mine the same way. Only thing I did different is we have a big pair of old fashioned steel shears. I used those to cut the plastic. It made a super smooth straight line cut. I will post pics tomorow. Maxdlx
