- 2010 yamaha vector ltx gt
Hi All,
I just bought a 2010 yamaha vector ltx gt. Its got 1,400 kms on it. My Son flipped it, it stalled before we could get it flipped back on its skiis. It started no problem. It ran for about 10 kms and then it stalled a couple times and finally wiuld not even turn over. I tried to boost it but... nothing. The yellow attention symbol is flashing when the key is in auxiliary position. Any advice??

Don't flip it.
Just kidding, welcome to TY. So I figure you have a couple things going on. One, a four stroke engine doesn't like being upside down ie. oil issues. It may not have stalled, the ecu may have shut it down to protect itself. I'm not familiar with your model. But I don't think that is your problem because it ran afterwards.
Second, the sled may not be charging. Sounds like it drew the battery down flat. Check all connections, especially at the battery. Something may have come loose when Mr.Knievel rolled it.
Keep us posted.

Did you check the oil level?
It is possible that it dumped some oil when it flipped and the low oil protection is preventing it from starting.

Oil pump might need to be primed again from the roll over. Usually all the oil ends up in the air box when they get flipped and can gum up the carbs if really bad.
Try pulling the plugs out and turn it over as it might be hydro locked from oil entering through the carbs/air box.
