first of all the only one I know putting them on is Pat's Yamaha in greenland. That is quite impressive and maybe they should think about being on this site since they make stuff for Yamaha's.
Hurricane, MPI and MCX all build kits that are capable of 7#'s out of the box and all with the stock fuel pump are rated at 190 hp at 6#'s which have proved out on many dynos now to be about 9.4 HP/# of boost. I am not sure how they achieve this 13.34 HP / #'s without injectors, new fuel pump or any other work to the motor? I did ride the one at Pat's set at 7#'s and it is not 220 hp by any means and was closer to mine when I was running 6#'s on the MPI.
The kit does look cool, the intercooler is unique too bad you cannot lift the hood on these to show them off
Their website needs some help cannot even find out what is included for $4295 but does "INNCLUDS" a water to air intercooler

Densified air mass is making more hp/lb of boost. This kit may not feel much different because it is to my belief that the boost doesn't start to producing until later on in the rpm range. This allows for improved fuel economy at lower rpms and trail cruising speeds. I have no clue as to what is all included in this kit but $/hp is right there with any other kit but providing 30hp more /#. Hmmmm. If Yammi had an Apex replacement I wouldn't even care, but the stock viper is an un refined pooch.

What is DENSIFIED AIR MASS? its a turbo- it spins- it blows 6#'s is 6#'s both have intercoolers where is the "densifier"
If this is true I am really upset that I spent what I did to be able to run 9#'s in mine and get it to about 220 hp. I can safely crank mine up to 12#'s now but unless I am planning for a lunar landing there is no way to run it there. The suspension need a lot of work to handle the 9 and 12 tries to remove the snow flap and rear bumper every time.
All other "3" kits with or without intercoolers (hurricane) are touting 190 with 6#'s - maybe they are sprinkling SENSA in the tank?
I agree on the pooch thing but that is personal taste! I only went this way (Viper) cause I planned to boost it from day 1. I was not even happy when I first got it back turboed, then put gauges on it and found it set at 3.5 lbs. 6 was nice but 9 or 220 hp is intoxicating after 240 miles of it last Saturday I blew a .20 at a check point with no alcohol in my system

Colder the air= more dense air. All systems are producing 7 psi at full boost. Turbos and compressing air creates heat. The colder you can get the intake air, the more air you are moving at the same boost levels. You then add more fuel with the increased density of air and you get more hp/#. I know you understand the old carbed two stroke days when your sled ran better on a really cold night (jet up) and a dog on a warm day(jet down). Push has made their system achieve this.

It is showing about 135 for the peak hp stock but an awful flat line from 6800 to 8900 rpms that should mean we dont have to worry about clutching these at stock hp

Looks nice. And works at all elevations. Yamaha should've been testing these kits and run them across the board on all models.

The Push kit's have never proven to be any more efficient than anything else on the Nytro's so what is changed to make 12.8 HP/LB on the Viper's?
The MCX kit on my Apex made made 11.8 HP/LB and some thought that was near unbelievable. I question the DENSE AIR from that small liquid to air cooler. The diesel world wen't away from that a long time ago. In race aplication's where they are loaded with ice maybe but cooled with 190* water?
My Apex is at about 215 at 5.5 LB, would love to line up with one of these 225 HP Viper's at 7 LB.

I will be ready after tuesday, new limiter straps will be in by then hopefully. I really wanted to run the trail turbo only drags in 3 lakes WI today but found too much damage and no parts available

I edited my last post after reading the Push info! What boost are you running and what HP is claimed on yours? I was responding to the original post claiiming 225 at 7 LB.Yamadog said:kviper said:The Push kit's have never proven to be any more efficient than anything else on the Nytro's so what is changed to make 12.8 HP/LB on the Viper's?

I would love to see all 5 of the 7# viper manufatures lined up after a day on the trail. Where are the 3 Lakes results going to be posted?

I am now running 9#'s after the rebuild with carillo rods, wisco low comp pistons and upgraded waste gate. I can go to 12#'s on about 95 octane blend. We did not dyno but going off the 9.4 hp / lb that the other 3 are claiming i am at about 220 hp.
The 9 is great for daytime trail and then switched for 6#'s at night. 11#'s is crazy 9 hits 40 mph and then pulls the skis 3' I tore my limiter straps in 1 day of riding at 9#s.

DOG, you have spent alot of money on 220hp if the Push turns out to be the real deal. Push was with Yamaha on the mountain turbo nytros while mpi had the supers. Correct? If Push was trusted before, why not now? Do they have reason to lie and fib their numbers? To bad nobody here is running one.
