I have a 99 Phazer that I have used as a spare sled. I love this sled. It surpises my friends with its agiligty. But........I've upgraded my main sled to the 05 RX1 from the 97SX. I often ride in the Keweenaw with the locals and they don't like to ride the highways (groomed trails). I would like to upgade the PZ to better perform in those conditions.
I'm thinking about the 136 extention.
What do you think I should try for the track lug, clutch, etc.....
So basically keep it mild, still trailable but fun in the wooded hills of the U.P....Aaa....

PK...

I have a 91' Phaser and have done a 1" track droped the suspension an inch and a half and it workd pretty good there But I am planning on a full skid swap soon to a 136" MM skid with a 1.5" track. I have a PSI pipe on it and it has had a little clutch work done, it is a fun sled but the milage sucks compaired to the RX Mtn I have but the wife likes it.. good luck

Thanks,
I went with the 136 extentions and a 1.25 track. I thought that the 1.5 would be a little much. I havent' touched the motor yet but I think a pipe and clutch like you have done is a good way to go.

I see on your wish list you'd like a plane....how about this one...

and only for $115,900

The Lance is a Very cool bird but I am pretty stuck on the STOL Low and Slow stuff I am currently looking for a Maule ( I have a 4 place family) no big hurry but some day anyway. check out our web site and that will give you a clue as to what I am talking about. Are you with Lanceair? if so we might have already met at one of the airshows.

I don't work them just like their planes. I'm an A&P thought and go to some of the flyins. We built an Acro Sport 2 in High School and they built a Lancair which set some records so I've had the airplane bug for a long time. PK
