Curious to hear from the guys wearing the Klim Inferno pant. I consider myself a very active rider standing on my SE about 70-80% of the time and riding tug hill the majority of the miles. Is the inferno pant a very hot pant to wear under a pair of Klimate bibs? On most days I can get away with wearing a light pair of addidas type wind breaker pants, but I was hoping to upgrade without sweating my @SS off. NY weather can be 40 or 10 below but most of the time riding it is in the 20's. I am becoming a very loyal to Klim as their products are outstanding. Hoping to hear some thoughts.

inferno

you should wear aggressor pant which will wicker moisture away on warmer days and inferno on colder days, you either believe in their layer system or
not, but if i spend all that money on their outer wear then i wear their layers.

X2 on the Agressor. With the added insulation of the Klimate bib, you'll not likely need the Inferno. Get that moisture away from your skin and you'll be warmer. I wear Tog bibs and Valdez jacket, Agressor base top and bottom 75% of my riding. I do wear a TekVest, so upper insulation isn't usually required. Cold, below 15, I'll add the Inferno top and bottom. I am good to -25 with this setup. I am also going to purchase a new top made by a company called Splitweight. Insulated arms and a thinner chest and back. This , for me, will probably be a good alternative upper body layer.

They are very warm, you don't want them on for warm days or overly active riding you will be swimming,

I wear the infernos under my extreme bibs (no insulation) and they work perfect for that, but might be too much under the insulated bibs.

Love them, cannot believe I used to wear jeans to ride, not any more though.

I only wear mine under the tog bibs when it gets really cold. Go with the base layer and the mid layer klim gear if you are using the same bibs.
