Installing the relocator kit changes the geometry of the steering components. I need to adjust the steering relay rod to realign the handlebars with the skis. I can get to the upper jamb nut but the bottom one is impossible to reach. How did you guys who've installed this kit get to the lower jam nut? It looks like the ECU and coolant bottle are in the way. Did you remove those first?

When I installed mine I simply adjusted the accessible end by undoing the nut attached to the steering post and turning the one end. I was able to get it bang on without issue. Way easier than messin with the bottom one too

Turn your skis all the way to the left. This brings the lock nut all the way forward. Then it is easy to get the lock nut with a stubby combination wrench.

Can remove the ecu first and tuck it under the mounting location. That will give you room with wrenches but crows foot works well.

Crow's foot and extensions. I bought a set of crow's foot at Princess Auto for fairly cheap.

Loosen the top lock nut and twist the rod to move away from the bottom nut. Once the nut is away from the rod it should be moveable with a finger. Get it into position, finger tighten bottom nut and wrench tighten rest.

Thanks for everyone's top tips on how to align the skis. You made it a lot easier and I like easy.
