installing aftermarket adjustable control rods

Trying to install a set of Maximum Perf. control rods. Any ideas on the best way to remove the stock bolts so I can remove the stock nuts? I'm about ready to blow a nut trying to get these things loose. Any suggestions?

It is probably some loctite on the nut. So you got to use heat. A propane torch would do but you have danger of fire so have a fire extinguisher close by. Prolly safer to try a heat gun first. Once that loctite hits the right temp, the nut should ealsily come off.
