In my case a little too tight in the lower A arm attachment point on the spindle. The oilite bushing flanges were slightly thicker than the OEM's causing binding when the bolt was tightened because the flanges extended slightly beyond the ends of the long round metal spacer causing friction between the bushing flanges and the lower A arm. I filed down the flanges slightly which corrected the problem.
