INTALLING M-10 MYSELF (ANY HELPFUL HINTS?)

will be installing my new m-10 with ohlins on my 03 rx-1 .any of you guys that did it yourself have any pointers that will make a better instalation,or an easier one??? thanks, Mark

thanks MR SLED so after reading that i feel better,just one more question,ok 2 more . do i have 2 lay out and drill any holes or am i just enlarging the ones that are allready there?and anything else i should do since im in there?heat sheild removal and things like that???thanks again

yes remove the 03 heat shields, the 05 dont have them and all they do is rattle. Yes you are correct by using some existing holes for alignment on the rear but you dont really have to do any lay out work....just follow that link to the instructions...
