Interesting trip to the Hill

I am just throwing this out there becasue it surprised me a little. A few weeks ago I happened to see the Yamaha logo on the D&D website out of Lowville, NY. I used to ride cat and a few of my friends still do. We make the trip there every once in awhile on the sled. After seeing the logo we made the trip just out of curiousity. There was a full line of Yamaha sleds out front. I was just surprised to see it since they have had only Cat for so long now. They were expanding the show room and had a pretty good selection of the bikes in there already.

Mostly I just wanted those folks riding in NY that there is going to be another Yamaha dealer up near the hill. I am assuming they will be doing the same type of R&D work as they do for cat?

Maybe this is old news and I dont want to step on any toes with the site rules. Just thought it was interesting.

Maybe they got dealership rights due to Widrick's (in Lowville) no longer selling Yamaha brand. That'd be my guess.

I didnt think about that, I never made it to Widricks. Could you ride to Widricks when it was open? I know how to get to D&D pretty easily so at least if I ever need something they will be a short ride.
