Intermittant poor idle condition

So here is the deal----It don't happen all the time but once and a while say after Iv'e just made a hard run down the trail I will shut it off for whatever reason. Will start it back up later; and like I said sometimes it does and sometimes it don't, But it will always fire up but occasionaly it will do a light spit and sputter and almost die!! I have always been able to bring it back up with a bit of throttle but this concerns me!! I do have a PC3 and a Ignition module on the sled. So what do you guys think??? any ideas??
