is there 45 spaces between lugs on a 128 track?

The formula for calculating how many "spaces" for studs is track length divided by track pitch (distance between lugs)
128 ~ 2.52= 50.79 or 51 rows. If its a 129, it would be 129~2.86=45.1 or 45 rows.
