Issues with downloading pictures

I am having a problem downloading an attachment. It starts to download and then I get this message "Error File Is Empty" Who can help?

That means the picture is too big.... you mean uploading to the site, right?? Or it could be the wrong format... make sure the photo is 640x480 and is a .gif or .jpg

The message is "Tried to upload empty file" I have never got that as a message. I have got a message that the file is too large.
