I finally got the bugs worked out of the a/f problem and i can run the sled WOT down the track. I was running 12.0 then i got told to run it a little richer to 11.0-11.5. now i've got it running 11.2, i think there's a happy medium for everybody ;)! . the clutch is spinning 10800, just where it should, perfect.
i had a 23/38 for 1/4 time trials. i ran high 125's and a 126.4. the problem is the traction, the sled is spinning like a bugger on take off so i have to roll onto the throttle and i think i'm losing too much speed. i've got 108 ice in the track. i don't know if i should add more?

i tried a bender helix but it actually slowed the sled down, i've gone back to the stock helix. i'm going to change the top gear to a 24 or 25 and try it again today. yesterday at 3000' and 140mph i ran out of gear and blew the belt in a million pieces.

i don't know if chaining the sled down will give me any more speed?

oh well, that's at least a good starting point to get the thing dialed in. i just wanted to say thx to everyone that helped me out ;)! .
