Hey Kevin,

Mark from Chicago - hope all is well. I need to get a part number and price for a jackshaft and drive shaft bearing for an 07 Attak GT. I want to have backups - my sled only has about 2000 miles but want to have just in case. Since you are in parts - are you seeing alot of issues with these bearings failing since there is no grease zert? How often would you pull the secondary and grease them or would you just replace them at a certain mileage?

Thanks!

Mark

All is well - been very busy at the shop lately. Trails are open!

As far as the bearings go it seems in generally speaking that the driveshaft bearing behind the speedo gear area are usually good for around 3500-5000 miles (or anytime the drive axle is removed I would replace it) and the jackshaft bearings around 5000-7000 miles before needing to be replaced. Greasing them at least once a year is a great preventative maintenance.
