my first trip to elk lake ont of the season, trails were groomed but still need snow, nothin opened yet,but a very nice ride with long stretches, one is over 10 miles long with only 1 corner wich you can take at about 60 mph,one of the best place to ride in our heck of the woods, gotta watch for the moose at night though.

Pat the Rat,

Nice pics...How do you like the phazer? I'm not far from you and the snow conditions here are terrible!!!

im from earlton and the only groomed trail is the one that goes to elk lake.lots of fields here but once you hit the bush the trails are very good.i was out there again today, very nice with a bunch of moose tracks again, almost hit one a couple of years ago.that phazer is awesome, its my wifes but i got 500 miles on it and she's got 100.i have a warrior and prefer the phazer,so easy to steer and so light,i love the warrior too with the power and sound but it seems when i go in the garage,i want to use the phazer.we have a trip planned for elliot lake, and stay at thor lake on the way but might cancel and go north instead.last year we stayed at a lodge in gogama, very nice place, cant remember the name though

Good to hear... I'm really thinking about selling my RX1M and getting a Phazer GT.

The lodge in Gogama you probably stayed at was Morin's Resort which is right on the lake. That's where I stayed when I frst started working here. Awesome place!

That is so cool!!!!

I remember being on that bridge two years ago, if i wasnt riding with such other slow riders, I would have just flown down that rail bed, but you would have to slow down for all the crossings

That was an incredible trip!
