Hey guys...I have posted a few times in here asking questions...
Just wanted to formally post and say hi to all...
I just bought a 2003 RX-1 MTN 151x15x2 limited edition (silver) with 2400km on it.
It had White Knuckle exhaust on it qc-1. But changed it back to stock because of some running issues.
cant wait to post and learn with you all

Hey bud you are going to have to change those ski's gauranteed. Buy some wider mountain ones even the ones from Yamaha are pretty good the mountain ones that is.

also..haha i already took the covers off....so its all bare now
with willows and such those things will explode in cold temp...
yeah the silver is limited edition with the 3D RX1 graphic (yuk) and the carbon fibre on the tail pipes and the covers....

Just the Mountain Style new in 2005, they really float. Any Yamaha shop should be able to get them.

You have bought yourself one awsome sled!
If you do alot of trail riding with your sled - buy yourself a new seat! Best upgrade I every did to mine. It was like getting a new sled!
I just can't get enough of that enginesound - I just love it!

what did the SC cost you if you dont mind me askin....
im looking to do the same things basically....except without all the red...I was actually thinking of painting my hood black and setting my sled to be a sleeper...
I have the White Knuckle exhaust qc-1 now, but had to switch it out with the stock exhaust because it wasnt running good...it was sluggish and spuddered quite a bit...and a hugh lose of power. But i get the carbs cleaned and sync the new pipes prob. Maybe just keep the stock pipes on cause the sound is a bit much where I ride 
The only problem im having is where do i look for parts...where are the best places to buy and the best prices...and if I do one mod what other mod do I have to do to get the best performance....i guess just trial and error is needed.
any ideas anyone let me know
also TT what kinda seat you suggest?....i was thinkin of going with a new apex seat... let me know
