20 below killed my battery 07 attack jumped off of 03 viper when it was running. Viper has e start and battery was fine. After jumping battery was dead and lights on viper where really dim. I am hoping it was just a battery but any other ideas? Stator, rectifier, regulator? [/code]

Maybe when you jumped the Attak, it just drained the battery and it's taking more time to charge back up again. Try charging it and check voltage. Not sure how the Viper is setup as far as AC/DC but if the whole sled runs on DC, it could be the battery. To eliminate the stator as the problem, disconnect it from the regulator (lighting coil only), start the sled and measure the output. Should be 15~18V AC. If you have the manual, it should also give the resistance values for the stator. Check for opens and shorts to ground. At this point, if all checks out, change the regulator. Also check all of your fuses.
