No? pretty sure you would need fuel mod. but not 100% sure maybe the ecu will correct the air/fuel ratio with all the extra air entering motor.

I would say its like putting one tire on a car. You can do that but it isnt right. You need the other tires also. Clutching, mapping and exhaust.
