I have a 2006 vk professional and it keeps blowing the 10A control fuse. Whole gauge cluster goes out, no tail light and no cooling fan! all these relays are controlled off the same circuit, was wondering if it could be a shorted relay ?

I would start by disconnecting the items on that circuit one at a time, Then use a multimeter and check for shorts in the individual wires affected in the circuit that caused the fuse to blow! Check the back of your owners manual they sometime have a schematic of the entire wiring on the sled, if not check with your local dealer to get a copy of the schematic. Pay close attention to areas of high vibration or moving parts like handle bars or near driveline components! Cheers!
