My Rx1 turbo has developed a fuse blowing problem. It blows the 30 amp fuse on the ignition relay down by the battery. I have my fuel pump and a/f guage hooked into the same circuit. I have unhooked the a/f guage and replaced the ign relay and it still does it. It doesn't quit running because I think the relay keeps the power on untill it is deenergized by turning off the key. I have several times pulled the fuse while it is running and it stays on. It usually burns out while sitting after shutting it off. I can kill the engine with either the switch or kill button and it will fire right back up but after it sets it blows the fuse. Iv'e wiggled ever wire in the system and can't get it to blow that way. Any ideas?

Have you measured how much power you draw from the system at startup? It may be more than the fuse can take.
Any chance you have a shortage to ground that only short out in certain conditions.
