I dont know yet if this is a problem or not.

But connected this, set launch rpm, grounded the blue wire and started sled, did a quick rev launch test... worky.

Then I disconnected the blue wire from ground... the Led on the unit stays lit regardless I ground or not the blue wire...

There is the black wire with the ground 0-ring connector to it that i grounded to chassis. is I disconnect this wire, the unit is not working nor is the led lit. as soon I ground it to chassis, led and unit turn on.

What am I doing wrong?

The led will light when the blue wire is grounded. The black always has to stay grounded. Might have a bad switch or your blue wire is touching ground somewhere. Is this new install? Always the possibility of bad unit.

Tested it... and if engine is not running, led is always lit... with engine running, its lit only when I ground the blue wire... so its worky

I had to make a table in rb3 for it to build boost... unless that is just don't do anything else than a rev limiter by itself... at least on my sled.

getting 5 to 7 # of boost at 4200 rpm

Sorry for the delay in answering are you still having issues with your 4350 Launch Master? The LED will stay on until the unit see’s an RPM value. Once the bike is running the LED should go off until the unit is activated. If your still having problems please contact me at 1-888-258-3835 to go over the installation?

Thank you

Right from MSD.

I checked mine and it's the same. Your all good.

That is exactly why I was thinking there was a problem... I did not start sled to check connectivity

The blue wire can be wired in two different ways down ant the Launch master. In the stock way the stutter is activated when the blue wire is grounded. If you rewire the blue down at the Launch master is activated when it see a current/positive Voltage. Probably not what's your problem, but it is OK to know.

First time I set up a LM4350 I mixed up the 100 and 1000 rpm increments. I wanted to set the stutter at 4200 but ended up setting it up at 2400.... LOL
