lazy throttle rx1

any one have problems with this when i hit from low to full throttle lazy
response this just started recently sometimes starts at 8900-9000 takes too long to get up to 10000 eventually does but not like it used to.jetting
belts etc already checked tors disconnected carbs cleaned air box on right
seems like something else im leaning towards plug coils is there a test to check these?i know in service bulletins some have been bad, sled normally runs great any thoughts.
